Delivery times generally vary between 1 and 3 days. But they can be lengthened in periods of high activity.

How do I track the delivery of my package?

In order to ensure optimal follow-up of the delivery, you will receive an e-mail as soon as your package has been dispatched. There will be a tracking number so you can follow the steps of the shipment.

How do I exchange/return an item? 

To exchange or return an item, please inform us via the contact form, specifying your order number and whether you would like an exchange (of all or part of your order) or a refund. We will then send you a return slip by email. 

Returned products must be in good condition and in their original packaging. The refund or the sending of new products will be made after receipt of the products and validation of their conformity.
